Terms of Service

By registering for, accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorised to bind that business, and “you” includes that business.

The Service is intended for businesses and their authorised staff. You must provide accurate registration and KYC information and keep it current.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

The Service provides tools to record inventory, run IMEI and device checks, raise invoices and manage your shop.

Verification results are decision-support aids, not legal guarantees, certifications, or proof of title. A result indicating a match in our own stolen-device records reflects available records at the time of the check and may change; it does not replace your own due diligence and statutory obligations.

You remain solely responsible for your buying, selling and compliance decisions.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023.

You must not: enter false, misleading or unlawfully obtained data; use the Service to deal in stolen or blacklisted devices; attempt to bypass security, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the Service; infringe any third party's rights; or upload malware.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this section or to protect the Service and other users.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. Current plan names and prices are shown in the app and at checkout before you pay.

All fees are stated in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), which will be added where required.

Free trials, where offered, are provided as described at sign-up and may be modified or withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. You can cancel future renewals from your account or by contacting us.

You retain all rights in the data and records you enter (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of Customer Data, including having any consent needed to enter personal data about your end-customers. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, is and remains our property or that of our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

You must not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

The Service may rely on third-party providers (for example, payment gateways and verification data sources), each governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, especially during this preview period, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that verification results are complete or accurate.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

The limits and exclusions in this section do not apply to loss caused by our fraud or wilful misconduct, and nothing in this section limits your obligation to pay fees due to us.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or the data you enter.

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will, for a reasonable period and subject to law, allow you to export your Customer Data before deletion.

We may modify the Service or these Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
